Shop Drawings, Product Sampling, Manufacturing, Quality
Control and Installation. With offices in Sydney Australia
and China, QFlow Hotels offers end-to-end procurement
services. We have an in-house design team which assists
with furniture design and material selection. We also have
a team of Quality Control Officers in China who check all
items produced to ensure the quality standards are met.

QFlow Hotels who has more than 20 years of experience
with furniture manufacturing and procurement.
Design & Shop Drawings
QFlow Hotels offers full design services for Hotel and
accommodation projects. Our in-house design team can
produce interior design concepts as part of our service
package. This includes furniture design, furniture room
layout plans, 3D renders, shop drawings and interior
design schedules. We can assist with the whole hotel
design and furniture installation process.

Manufacturing & Quality Control
QFlow Hotels has offi ces in Sydney Australia and China,.
The manufacturing and quality control process is managed
out of our office in Guangzhou China.
We have a team of dedicated quality control officers who
inspect all the items produced to ensure the best level of
quality is met.
Our team in China also does product sampling and
prototypes to make sure the client is able to test the
product prior to starting mass production. This process is
managed by our Managing Director John Mai.
QFlow Hotels offers full furniture and joinery installation.
Our installation partners are Grace International who
we use exclusively for logistical warehousing and the
installation process, both in Australia and New Zealand.
